Drivers Screen

From the Main section of the navigation bar choose Drivers to open the Drivers screen.

The list shows the following information for each driver:
 

Name.
Address.
The vehicle the driver is currently assigned to.
The marker where the driver's vehicle is currently located (if any).

The "Vehicle", "Marker", "Address", "City", "State", and "Zip Code" column details on this screen are obtained either from the location of the vehicle that the driver is assigned to, or from the location of the marker their assigned vehicle is closest to. If the assigned vehicle is within the boundaries of a marker, and that marker has not been configured as being a zone (that is, the Marker Details pop-up > Mini-map > Edit > Is Zone check box is cleared), the address details shown are that of the marker. If the vehicle is not within the boundaries of a marker, or is within the boundaries of a zone that has been configured as a zone, these column details are obtained from the vehicle's actual location.

This screen includes the following tools:

Click Create to create a new driver using the driver details dialog box.

Select the check boxes next to one or more driver names then click Delete to delete the drivers from your account.

Enter all or part of a driver name into the filter box then click Search to filter the list of drivers. You must enter at least two characters. To clear the current search string, click the X in the filter box.

Click Advanced Search in the toolbar to filter the list of drivers by column values.

If your account is configured to use Navigation and Nav Monitor, click this icon to open the Nav Monitor screen for this driver.

hours of service

If the driver is equipped with Verizon Connect® Mobile™ and is set up to submit hours of service reports, you can click this icon to view the hours of service report for this driver.

If the driver is equipped with Verizon Connect® Mobile™ you can click this icon to go to the Mobile Tools screen > Timeline tab, where you can view the events for this mobile user.

In addition, you can:
 

Click a column header to open a menu that lets you sort the column or select which columns are displayed in the list.
Click a driver name to view or edit the driver details in the driver details dialog box.
Select the number of rows to be displayed on a page from the Rows drop-down menu.
Navigate between the Drivers screen pages using the navigation controls.

To use the column picker menu to save your preferred driver grid order, click any header drop-down arrow, then select the Save Visible Columns, Save Sort Order, or Save Column Order check boxes, or any combination of these. When you next sign in, the layout you choose is retained.
