The Dashboard and the Hierarchy

The dashboard closely corresponds to the fleets that are defined by the hierarchy. Before using the dashboard, you must first configure the hierarchy appropriately. Once this is done, the display in the dashboard always corresponds to a node in the hierarchy.

On the first page of the dashboard, the display shows the counts of events for each key performance indicator generated by the fleet associated with the current node in the hierarchy. These counts are broken down by the sub-fleets associated with all child nodes of the current node.

On the trend pages (every page after the first), the dashboard graphs the count of events over time, with a separate line for each sub-fleet associated with a child node of the current node of the hierarchy.

When you make changes to the hierarchy by moving nodes or changing the vehicles assigned to nodes, it can take up to 24 hours before those changes are displayed on the dashboard.
