How to Set Up Status Reports

To specify if the dashboard should send out daily status reports for a particular fleet:
 

1.From the Tasks section of the navigation bar choose Hierarchy to open the Hierarchy screen.
2.Select the node in the hierarchy that corresponds to the fleet.
3.On the Details panel, select the Properties tab.
4.To send a full status report, enter the email address that should receive the report in the Email field, and select the Receive Email check box.
5.To send a minimal status report that does not contain sensitive information, enter the email address that should receive the minimal report in the Utility Email field, and select the Receive Utility Email check box.
6.If you do not want to see status reports on days when no exceptions have occurred, select the Only On Exceptions check box.
7.Select Save.
