Using the Today Screen

The Today screen is displayed when you sign in to the app or when you tap the Today icon in the lower part of the screen. It contains the following information:

 

1.Vehicle details: View your vehicle's details if you are assigned to a vehicle. Tap to go to the Vehicle screen, where you can select or leave your vehicle, or where you can complete a driver vehicle inspection report (DVIR).
2.Job details: View the details for your next job. Tap your next job to start working on it. Tap All Jobs to go to the Jobs screen, where you can view a list of all jobs you need to complete.
3.Messages: View a list of up to five of your most recent, unread messages. Tap a message to open it. Tap All Messages to go to the Messaging screen, where you can view all your messages.
4.Search forms: Tap Search Forms to search through the entire list of available forms. If you complete a form from this list the form is not associated with a job.
5.Completed forms: View a list of up to five of your most recently completed forms that are not associated with a job. Select a form to open it. Forms can be displayed for up to seven days.
