Filtering and Grouping the Data in a View

You can filter the data in a view using the following options:

Date Selector

To select the date range to display in the view:

 

1.Click on the date selector to open a drop-down list.

 
2.Select one of the pre-defined date ranges, or click Custom Date to define your own date range. Click Confirm to save the custom date range.

 
3.Click Apply in the filter panel to view the filtered data.

Hierarchy Selector

A hierarchy is the organizational structure that you have defined for the teams of drivers in your organization.

To select a team of drivers to show in a view:

 

1.Click on the hierarchy selector to open a drop-down box.
2.Browse through the hierarchy by clicking on the downward-facing arrows to expand a hierarchy node, or use the search field to start typing the name of a hierarchy node. Select the hierarchy node (or team name) you want to include in the view. All drivers that are part of the team will be included in the view.

 
3.Click Confirm.
4.Click Apply in the filter panel to view the filtered data.

Group By

You can group the data in a view by several criteria. To group your data:

 

1.Click on the Group by selector to open a drop-down box.
2.From the two drop-down lists, choose a Dimension and corresponding Property to group your data by. If you want to group the data by more than one criterion you can click the + button to add more rows.

 
3.Click Apply.
4.Click Apply in the filter panel to view the filtered data.

Filter

To filter the data shown in a view:

 

1.Click on the + Add filter button to open the filter drop-down box.
2.Select a data type and field from the first drop-down list, and enter a matching value into the second field. Click on "contains" to change the operator, if required. To add one or more additional filters, click Add filter. Click on "and" to change the operator to "or", if required. The "and" operator between filters requires all filter criteria to match. The "or" operator between filters requires one or more filter criteria to match.

 

3.Click Apply.
4.Click Apply in the filter panel to view the filtered data.
