Mobile Messaging

If your version of this software includes support for communicating with a Verizon Connect mobile app, you can communicate with the mobile devices that your drivers carry in near real-time. To send and receive messages, use the Messages window, which you can access by clicking on the Messages link that appears in the upper right-hand corner of the screen:

The number in brackets beside the envelope icon indicates how many unread messages there are in your inbox.

The Messages window shows all recently received messages. By default, messages are shown in the messages list for 2 weeks. To change the length of time that messages are shown, contact your customer support representative.
