Fuel Tax Reports

Fuel tax reports summarize the driving a vehicle does each day, broken down by each state the vehicle travels through. The types of fuel tax reports are as follows:

Summary (by Fleet or Vehicle): The total distance a single vehicle or each vehicle in a fleet travels each day, broken down by state.
Details (by Fleet or Vehicle): A list of the trips a single vehicle or each vehicle in a fleet makes each day. Each trip is starts or stops when the vehicle's ignition goes on or off, the day changes, or the vehicle crosses a state border.

The Fleet reports are laid out like several vehicle reports one after the other, for each vehicle in a specified fleet. The details reports contain the same information as the summary reports, with an additional section after each summary section listing for each vehicle, for each day, every trip the vehicle made during the report period.
