Fuel Purchase History Reports

A fuel purchase history report lists the fuel purchase history for each vehicle.

The types of fuel purchase history reports are as follows:
 

By Fleet or Vehicle: A list of fuel purchases for each vehicle in a fleet or for a single vehicle.
Fuel Card Report - WEX: A list of Fuel purchases with an indication of if the vehicle was found at the location indicated by the WEX (Wright Express) fuel purchase card.

Each row of a fuel purchase history by fleet or vehicle report represents a single purchase, with the report divided into sections for each vehicle.

Each row of a Fuel Card report represents a single purchase, with comparison to WEX (Wright Express) data from the same day. Data is consolidated and compared every night.

Report Settings

The options specific to Fuel Purchase History reports that you can set are as follows:
 

Fleet/Vehicle: Which vehicles should be shown in the report.
One Item per Page: Formats the report so that each vehicle starts on a new page.

Report Columns

The columns of a Fuel Purchase History report by Fleet or vehicle are as follows:
 

1.Date: The date of the purchase.
2.Fuel Type: The type of fuel purchased.
3.Marker: The name of the marker where the fuel was purchased.
4.Marker Location: When this scheduled maintenance visit is due (engine hours, odometer reading, or date).
5.ODO: The odometer reading at the time of the purchase.
6.Volume: The amount of fuel purchased.
7.Cost: The cost of the fuel.

The Fuel Card Report - WEX report is made up of three sections:

Summary by GF

This section gives an overview of how many purchases were made that could or could not be matched to the location of the driver's vehicle. The columns in this section are as follows:
 

1.Manager Node, Supervisor Node, GF Node: The hierarchy nodes that define the team being summarized.
2.Total Unmatched Fuel Purchases: The count of WEX card purchases made for which the driver's vehicle was not found within half a mile of the location of the purchase at the time of the purchase.
3.Total Matched Fuel Purchases: The count of WEX card purchases made for which the driver's vehicle was found to be located within half a  mile of where the card was used at the time of the purchase.

Purchases by GF

This section includes a group for each hierarchy team (GF node). Within each group, there is a line for each fuel purchase, giving the time and location, and an indication of if it could be matched to the location of the driver's vehicle. The columns in this section are as follows:
 

1.Manager Node, Supervisor Node, GF Node: The hierarchy nodes that define the fleet being summarized.
2.Vehicle ID: The vehicle assigned to the driver who has the identified WEX card.
3.Driver Name: The name of the driver whose WEX card made the purchase.
4.At Location: Indicates if the vehicle reported being within half a mile of the location where the card was used at the time when the WEX card indicated a purchase was made. The total count of matched and unmatched purchases is displayed in the column. This is the total over all nodes. For subtotals for each section, see the Summary by GF section.
5.Purchase Date and Time: The time of the fuel purchase (local time).
6.Address: The street address where the fuel card was used.
7.City: The city where the fuel card was used.
8.State: The state where the fuel card was used.
9.Zip: The zip code where the fuel card was used.

Purchase History

This section lists all the fuel purchases that were made during the report period, sorted by the time of the purchase. This is the data summarized in the other sections. At the top of this section, the total match rate is displayed. This is the percentage of purchases for which the vehicle of the driver with the WEX card was within half a mile of the location where the card was used. The columns in this section are as follows:
 

1.Sponsor Node, Manager Node, Supervisor Node, GF Node: Multiple columns indicating the hierarchy nodes defining the team whose driver made the purchase.
2.At Location: The vehicle reported being within half a mile of the location where the card was used at the time when the WEX card indicated a purchase was made.
3.Account Number: WEX account holder identification number.
4.Masked Card Number: The unique id for the individual WEX card that was used.
5.Vehicle ID: The vehicle assigned to the driver who has the identified WEX card.
6.Purchase Date and Time: The time of the fuel purchase in local time.
7.Driver Name: The name of the driver whose WEX card made the fuel purchase.
8.Lat: The latitude of the location where the card was used.
9.Lon: The longitude of the location where the card was used.
10.Address: The address where the card was used.
11.City: The city where the card was used.
12.Zip: The zip code where the card was used.
