Favorites and Recent Places

The Favorites and Recent Places lists give you quick access to destinations you go to frequently, or destinations you have looked up recently, so that you can easily get directions without having to re-enter an address.

Saving a Favorite Destination

1.From the Map screen, tap Navigate to....
2.Search for the destination you want to save. You can enter an address, enter the name of a place, select a Recent Place, or Search nearby for places by category.
3.Tap the destination when you find it.
4.The destination you selected is displayed on the map.
5.Tap Save to Favorites.

Getting Directions to a Favorite Destination

1.From the main menu, tap Favorites, or from the Map screen, tap Navigate to… then tap Favorites.
2.Scroll through the list of your favorites and tap the one you want.
3.The destination you selected is displayed on the map.
4.Tap the Route icon to see an overview of the route.
5.Tap the Navigation icon to begin turn-by-turn navigation, or tap the List icon to see a list of directions to your destination.

Viewing Recent Destinations

There are two ways you can view destinations you have looked up recently:

•The last three destinations you looked up are displayed automatically when you first tap Navigate to… from the Map screen.
•From the main menu, tap Recent Places to view a full list of recent destinations.

Tap a destination to view it on the map.

Removing a Destination from Your Favorites List

1.From the main menu, tap Favorites, or from the Map screen, tap Navigate to… then tap Favorites.
2.Scroll through the list of your favorites and tap the one you want to remove.
3.The destination you selected is displayed on the map.
4.Tap Saved to Favorites to remove the address from your Favorites list.

Clearing the Recent History

1.From the main menu, tap Recent Places, or from the Map screen, tap Navigate to… then tap More Recent Places.
2.Tap the Menu icon then tap Clear Recent Places.
3.All the destinations you have looked up recently are removed.
